ExecEats is available as an iOS app and a web app at www.execeatsapp.com. Sign in with your work email via Apple, Google, or Microsoft SSO. You can browse vendors and explore menus right away. To place orders, verify your corporate email or redeem an invite code to unlock full access.

We support a wide range of dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and all FDA Big 9 allergen filters (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame). You can set preferences per attendee to ensure everyone is accommodated.

The AI Meal Planner is a conversational assistant that helps you plan meals for your event. Tell it your budget, headcount, dietary requirements, and occasion — and it will suggest vendors and menu items tailored to your needs. You can refine suggestions through follow-up questions and create your event directly from the plan.

Yes. ExecEats supports multi-day event planning with different meal occasions (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) across multiple days. You can use different vendors for each meal, set per-meal attendee counts, and save event templates for recurring meetings.

We accept credit cards and Apple Pay, processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. For larger corporate orders, qualifying companies can use purchase order (PO) invoicing — pay after delivery via invoice instead of upfront. A $20 delivery fee applies per vendor order and is waived for orders over $200 per vendor.

Lead times vary by vendor and typically range from 2 to 3 business days. Each vendor's profile displays their minimum lead time so you can plan accordingly. For large events or custom menus, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are generally eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours, refund eligibility depends on whether the vendor has started preparation. Once preparation begins, cancellations are typically not eligible for a refund. If a vendor cancels, you receive a full refund. For PO orders, cancellation is available before the invoice is sent. Contact us or use in-app support for help.

Once your order is out for delivery, you can track your driver in real time on a live map with ETA updates. You'll receive push notifications at every status change — from vendor acceptance through preparation, dispatch, and delivery. When your order arrives, you'll get delivery photo proof.

Yes. From your order history, tap the reorder button to repurchase a previous order. ExecEats will show you any price changes or unavailable items before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

You can export all your personal data as a JSON archive directly from your profile settings. To delete your account, use the account deletion option in settings — there's a 30-day grace period during which you can sign back in to cancel the deletion.
